East Central Soccer Officials Association consists of a group of soccer referees seeking to better the beautiful game of soccer. We are consistently trying to better ourselves as officials and recruit others who have the same passion for learning and soccer.

Heidi Marlin, President

Heidi has been involved in the soccer world as a team manager, game day coordinator and administrator for over 8 years. She has been a soccer referee for 2 years.

Hannah Biglow, Vice President

Masud Suleman, Secretary

Masud referees out of Georgia and has been in the soccer community for almost 20 years of playing and officiating. I have tons experience from both ends of the whistle. He has officiated games from anywhere between high school, local rec department, to USPL. He is a grassroots referre working on becoming a regional in the near future. He has been a member of ECSOA since 2020 and has most enjoyed learning and teaching the younger referees.
